Define the recurring non-standard cases upfront

The objective is to give Central and Campus Admissions a clear treatment for the case types that generated repeated review during Fall.

Equivalency

  • Full: process through the standard admissions pathway.
  • Limited / restricted: offer only to programmes permitted by the MoHESR equivalency decision; retain the restriction for any later programme change.
  • Conditional: not accepted for Spring admission.

Subject-Specific Requirement Not Met

Use the approved Placement Test pathway to reassess applicants who do not meet the applicable subject-specific requirement. Successful results feed directly back into eligibility and programme review.

Non-Current / Former Students

Run as an early dedicated review stream covering previous study, funding history, remaining entitlement, programme suitability and any required placement assessment.

Programme / Campus Changes & Exceptions

Recheck eligibility and current capacity before changes. Limited-equivalency restrictions continue to apply. Truly exceptional cases follow a documented internal escalation route rather than creating a parallel published pathway.
